BY ESPOUSING THE VIRTUES OF CHARACTER, COURAGE AND LOYALTY, THE LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO DEVELOP SUPERIOR CITIZENS RATHER THAN SUPERIOR ATHLETES.
