PROGRAMMING IS DESIGNED FOR INDIVIDUALS IN ORGANIZATIONS IN THE PUBLIC, PRIVATE, AND NOT-FOR-PROFIT SECTORS. IMMERSIVE FIELD-BASED LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES, SMALL AND LARGE GROUP DISCUSSIONS, RETREATS, COMPETENCY BUILDING ACTIVITIES, AND INTERACTIONS WITH A BROAD SPECTRUM OF BALTIMORE'S MOST INFLUENTIAL INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS CREATES A TRANSFORMATIVE DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE FOR PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS. WE ALSO PROVIDE LEARNING AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES FOR OVER 2,000 ALUMNI.
