Education: Expanding the Circle of Compassion - CHAI wrote this humane education program for Arab elementary schools, including translating and subtitling videos, PowerPoint programs and other supplementary materials. CHAI co-sponsored a conference with the Ministry of Education to introduce the program to Arab principals, teachers and other officials. The conference was successful, the program was adopted, and it rapidly spread to 60 schools for all grades through 7th. A training conference was held for participating teachers. The conference and program were featured in the media, including on TV.Bedouin Program - Please see the Schedule O on page 25
