FOR ASSIGNMENTS THAT EXCEED 12 MONTHS, AUTHORIZED TRAVELERS INCLUDES EMPLOYEES, SPOUSES AND DEPENDENT CHILDREN. TAX INDEMNIFICATION AND GROSS UP PAYMENTS: NRECA GROSSES UP PAYMENTS MADE TO STAFF UNDER THE EXECUTIVE 401(K) BONUS PLAN AND ON ELIGIBLE RELOCATION EXPENSES. EXPATRIATE REGULAR EMPLOYEES MAY BE AUTHORIZED TO RECEIVE HOUSING ALLOWANCE. THE ALLOWANCE COVERS RENT, PLUS UTILITIES (HEAT, FUEL, GAS, ELECTRICITY AND WATER), IF THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE COST OF RENTAL. IN ADDITION, AN ALLOWANCE FOR BASIC FURNISHINGS, DRAPERIES AND MINOR MAINTENANCE WILL BE PROVIDED; HOWEVER, FOR ASSIGNMENTS OF SIX MONTHS BUT LESS THAN ONE YEAR, FURNISHED HOUSING IS RECOMMENDED.
