THE INSTITUTE ALSO CONDUCTS IMPORTANT RESEARCH PROJECTS CONSISTENT WITH ITS MISSION, DEVELOPS RESOURCES SUCH AS A HOUSE FLOOR PROCEDURES MANUAL, AND HAS SPONSORED OXFORD-STYLE BIPARTISAN CONGRESSIONAL DEBATES.
