THE GESUNDHEIT GLOBAL OUTREACH PROGRAM CONSISTS OF INTERNATIONAL CLOWNING MISSIONS TO HOSPITALS, ORPHANAGES, SCHOOLS, PHYSCHIATRIC FACILITIES, NURSING HOMES, AND SPECIAL NEED FACILITIES. THESE CLOWNING MISSIONS ALSO INCLUDE HUMANITARIAN AID, BULIDING PROJECTS, AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AROUND THE WORLD. THE GOAL OF THE INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL PROGRAM IS THE IMPROVEMENT OF HEALTH OF INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES IN CRISIS FROM SICKNESS, WAR, POVERTY, AND INJUSTICE.
