24 hour child care-licensed group homes providing residential services for children ages 11-16 years of age. These children are diagnosed as physically and/or sexually abused, neglected or abandoned and referred for care by the department of social services. Our residential program is organized in a manner to meet the individualized needs of today's youth with no more than four children per home. We serve children who are developmentally disabled and multi handicapped . We provide 24 hour supervision to all residents in our program. we typically serve those children that require a higher degree of supervision than available in the traditional family foster home.
The Place for Children, Inc. contracts with For Hopes's Sake, LLC. to provide residential housing through their transitional housing assistance program.
