NVI also frequently funds, organizes, or supports training sessions for diverse audiences around the globe and provides other forms of support and consultations for students, peace educators and other practitioners in related fields. In 2023 NVI performed the following educational activities distributed books, articles and created videos on nonviolence, provided nonviolence training, and promoted the dissemination of news stories related to the coverage of NV activism.

In 2023, NVI carried out the following: support for nonviolent resistance to Russian anti war movement, supporting grassroots networks of trainers and activists around the world, and promoting nonviolent activism online.
