The Laurel Historical Society (LHS) presented two main exhibits: Its All Laurel: City Limits and Beyond, and Laurel Rides the Rails: Tales of Trains and Trolleys, as well as a temporary exhibit, Awkward Family Photos. It also hosted three Summer Camp programs, six webinars, and three Childrens Days. In October of 2024 it also offered a tour of Laurels historic Main Street. In May 2025, LHS celebrated its 50th anniversary during its Annual Gala.
Public Programming was held in the form of programs throughout the period on Laurels history open to the public, and a speakers bureau providing content rich programming to groups throughout Laurel.
