The housing and neighborhood revitalization program supports initiatives designed to sustain strong, stable and thriving neighborhoods. Under this program Bon Secours has developed and now owns and operates five senior housing buildings, two family housing buildings and four developments of scattered site family rental housing. Unity Properties, Inc. works with neighborhood residents as well as government and community partners to create strong communities where people want to live. We also help create strong communities by converting vacant lots into community recreation and gathering spaces, connecting with seniors in the community through outreach services and by engaging community residents in the creation and design of programs and services.
