Main Stage: The Theater produced five major mainstage productions during the 2022-23 season: Host & Guest, Dracula, Snow Maiden, Beauty & the Beast, and Cyrano de Bergerac. The season opener, Host & Guest, was a multi-awardwinningproduction that saw critical acclaim and was followed by the major critical and financial success of Dracula. Snow Maiden opened in December and represented the first new, major family show designed for touring, and that show has subsequently toured for hundreds of performances at schools and public performance spaces around the region. After the near fatal accident of Paata Tsikurishvili, the founder and CEO, the new production of War of the Worlds was postponed indefinitely, and replaced by a remount of the successful 2014 production of Beauty & the Beast, which went on to substantial press coverage, favorable reviews, and positive ticket sales. The season ended with Cyrano de Bergerac, directed by and starring audience favorite Vato Tsikurishvili.
