ONLY FOR SO LONG AS it qualifies FOR EXEMPTION FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAX UNDER SECTION 501(A) OF THE CODE AS an ORGANIZATION DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE CODE.
