WE STAND IN THE GAP IN THEIR HOUR OF NEED AND WE ALSO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE, AS NEEDED, WITH NATIONAL DISASTERS. WE ALSO HELP RAISE FUNDS FOR OTHER LOCAL NON- PROFITS.

ASSISTED 30 CANCER PATIENTS IN THE FREDERICK COUNTY, MARYLAND AREA WHOSE FAMILIES' HAVE BEEN FINANCIALLY DEVASTATED BY THE ILLNESS PREVENTING THEM FROM GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT. THESE INDIVIDUALS EITHER DID NOT HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE OR LOST HEALTH INSURANCE AS A RESULT OF LOSING THEIR JOB. THE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TYPICALLY CONSISTED OF MEDICAL BILLS, RENT OR MORTGAGE PAYMENTS, FOOD, AND OTHER LIVING EXPENSES.
