EDUCATION, OUTREACH & TRAINING ARE CONDUCTED EACH YEAR AT SCHOOL, WORKPLACES, NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATIONS, ETC. TO INFORM INDIVIDUALS ABOUT RESTORATIVE JUSTICE PRACTICES AND COMMUNITY CONFERENCING AS A METHOD OF RESOLVING DISAGREEMENTS AND FOSTERING ACCOUNTABILITY. THE COMMUNITY CONFERENCING PROGRAM IS A CONFLICT RESOLUTION AND COMMUNITY BUILDING CIRCLE WITHIN THE COMMUNITY. THE JUVENILE JUSTICE PROGRAM PROVIDES COMMUNITY CONFERENCING SERVICES AS A FORM OF CONFLICT RESOLUTION FOR JUVENILE LEGAL CASES. THE SCHOOLS PROGRAM ADDRESSES CONFLICTS INVOLVING STUDENTS THAT COULD POTENTIALLY LEAD TO HARM AND DISRUPTION OF THE CLASSROOM ENVIRONMENT.
