EACH CANDIDATE IS CAREFULLY REVIEWED AGAINST A RIGOROUS STANDARD OF BOTH ACADEMIC AND PERSONAL EXCELLENCE ENSURING THAT RECIPIENTS OF HJR AWARDS CONSISTENTLY REPRESENT SOME OF THE NATION'S BEST AND BRIGHTEST YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN.
