THE ORGANIZATION IS THE: (1) PRIMARY RESOURCE FOR THE LEADER EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE EXCHANGE, AND NETWORKING THAT IMPROVES THE CAPABILITIES OF THE UNIONIZED FINISHING INDUSTRY'S WORKFORCE. (2) RECOGNIZED LEADER OF A LABOR-MANAGEMENT COOPERATIVE APPROACH TO ADVANCE THE COLLECTIVELY-BARGAINED FINISHING INDUSTRY; AND (3) DRIVING FORCE IN EXPANDING THE COOPERATIVE INITIATIVES TO ADDITIONAL FINISHING INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION AND UNION ENTITIES AT ALL LEVELS.
