Regulatory Compliance: Through this program, the Association works to protect public health and assure consumer confidence in the consumer packaged goods industry and its products. The team is comprised of subject-matter experts with extensive networks within key government agencies and non-governmental organizations. Regulatory Compliance staff monitor regulatory issues affecting the consumer packaged goods industry and develop strategies to advance regulations that are science-based and protect public health through engagement with the Food and Drug Administration, Department of Agriculture, Environmental Protection Agency and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
