THE PURPOSES OF THIS CORPORATION ARE:(1) TO DEVELOP AND PROMOTE INCREASED CONSUMPTION OF THE PRODUCTS OF THE MILK INDUSTRY;(2) TO COLLECT AND DISSEMINATE EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER MATERIALS FOR CREATING BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF THE FLUID MILK INDUSTRY AND ITS PRODUCTS;(3) TO ASSIST MEMBERS, PRODUCERS, AND OTHERS TO THE END THAT PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION COSTS MAY BE LOWERED AND QUALITY OF PRODUCTS IMPROVED;(4) TO REPRESENT THE INTERESTS OF THE INDUSTRY IN ITS RELATIONS WITH THE GOVERNMENT AND THE PUBLIC(5) TO COLLECT, INTERPRET, AND DISSEMINATE SCIENTIFIC, STATISTICAL, ECONOMIC, AND OTHER INFORMATION ADJUDGED TO BE OF VALUE TO THE INDUSTRY;(6) TO COOPERATE WITH OTHER BRANCHES OF THE DAIRY INDUSTRY IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE INDUSTRY AS A WHOLE;(7) TO PROVIDE A FORUM FOR THE ANALYSIS AND LAWFUL DISCUSSION OF ISSUES THAT ARE OF INTEREST AND CONCERN TO THE INDUSTRY: AND,(8) TO DO ALL OTHER LAWFUL ACTS AND THINGS INCIDENTAL, NECESSARY, OR CONVENIENT TO ACCOMP
