Important developments including eliminating multiple postage rate increases within a year and preventing the elimination of Bound Printed Matter from the Postal Services product list. In recognition of Postcoms leadership, Michael Plunkett, Postcom President, was invited to testify before the House Subcommittee on Govt Operations regarding the future of the US Postal System.
