In addition to its headquarters in Oakton, VA, ServiceSource operates through six affiliate offices: Central Fairfax Services (Fairfax, VA); WorkSource Enterprises (Charlottesville, VA); Abilities of Florida (Clearwater, FL); Employment Source (Fayetteville, NC); Opportunity Center, Inc., (New Castle, DE); and PARC (Clearfield, UT). The affiliate offices are locally incorporated as separate 501(c)(3) entities but are governed through a shared volunteer board across regions. Corporate and overhead expenses are allocated to regional offices according to appropriate methodologies to direct maximum funding to program operations. The Oakton office provides a full range of rehabilitation and employment support services, including job skills training, placement services, community integrated day support, supported employment, and specialized programs. Affirmative employment programs provide community integrated employment for people with disabilities in careers fields such as total facilities management, logistics, and administrative support. Autism spectrum services assist individuals with autism in obtaining employment and increasing self-sufficiency. Senior services provide therapeutic recreation and case management for individuals with disabilities whose support needs increase as they age, as well as individuals who develop disabilities as they age. Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) provide students with disabilities an early start at career exploration and preparation for adult life. The ServiceSource Foundation, a separate 501(c)(3) organization, raises money to support unfunded or underfunded programs of ServiceSource.
