THE APARTMENT COMPLEXES HAVE SIXTY UNITS, AND THERE IS A CONSISTENT WAITING LIST. SINCE 2015, ST. JOSEPH'S VILLA HOusing Corp. CONTRACTED WITH COMMUNITY HOUSING PARTNERS (CHP) TO MANAGE THE PROPERTY.
