FAMILY DAY CARE PROVIDERS PROGRAM (FDCP) CONSISTS OF THE FAMILY DAY CARE PROVIDERS TRUST, A JOINT VENTURE OF HOME DAY CARE PROVIDERS, WHICH IS A SEPARATE ENTITY WITH ITS CO-AGENTS. THE DAY CARE PROVIDERS OFFER CARE AND EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT TO CHILDREN STARTING AT SIX WEEKS OF AGE AND OLDER. INFANT TODDLER CONDUCTS TRAINING, CERTIFICATION, MARKETING, CHILD PLACEMENT SERVICES, BILLING, COLLECTION AND OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES TO THE JOINT VENTURE FOR A PERCENTAGE OF THE GROSS FEES BILLED TO CUSTOMERS BY THE JOINT VENTURE LESS AGREED UPON EXPENSES.
