THROUGH THE LOUDOUN HABITAT HOUSING PROGRAM, THERE ARE NOW 66 HOMEOWNERS, 250 INDIVIDUALS, THAT ARE NOW EXPERIENCING THE STABILITY, SECURITTY AND WEALTH BUILDING THAT COMES FROM OWNING AN AFFORDABLE HOME. THE HABITAT HOME REPAIR PROGRAM HAS GROWN TO NOW INCLUDE 44 HOMES, 97 INDIVIDUALS - MANY OF THESE INDIVIDUALS ARE THE ELDERLY, DISABLED AND VETERANS - STRUGGLING TO MAKE THE NEEDED REPAIRS TO THEIR AGING HOMES. OUR RESTORE HAS KEPT OVER 800 TONS OF GOOD STUFF DONATED KEEPING IT OUT OF OUR LANDFILLS. THE STORE WAS CLOSED IN MARCH 2024. THE TOOLS FOR LIFE LEARNING CENTER HAS A CURRENT LIBRARY WITH OVER 40 VIRTUAL WORKSHOPS RANGING IN TOPICS THAT FOCUS ON MONEY MANAGEMENT, HOMEOWNERSHIP,HOME MAINTENANCE, COMMUNITY BUILDING.
