SUCH SHARED RESOURCES INCLUDE: ECONOMY OF SCALE FROM A COMBINED $50 MILLION BUDGET, HR, ACCOUNTING AND IT, INTERNET PHILANTHROPY, NON-PROFIT LEGAL COUNSEL AND RISK MANAGEMENT, BUSINESS MANAGEMENT FOR CHARITIES IN THE 21ST CENTURY, LOWER CORPORATE OVERHEAD, INSURANCE AND BENEFITS, GRANT MANAGEMENT, TRANSPARENCY AND FISCAL ACCOUNTABILITY, AND MANAGING THE MYRIAD OF CHANGING REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS IN TODAY'S WORLD.
