Provide education, Guidance, support and other resources to help new and existing alpaca owners, breeders, and related alpaca-related businesses to establish or grow their businesses. and become successful in the alpaca industry. We do this through the publishing of a semi-annual newsletter, annual meetings, and conference calls. Our major event, "the Mapaca Jubilee", is open to the public and held annually in the mid-Atlantic region. It features free lectures, demonstrations, shows for alpacas, alpaca youth performance classes, and alpaca fleeces, breeder exhibits and vendors with a festival format.
