THE ASSISTANCE MOST INVOLVES RENT, UTILITIES, FOOD, MEDICAL PAYMENTS, EDUCATION, VEHICLES AND COUNSELING. ASSISTANCE IS GIVEN TO THE NEEDY (USING FINANCIAL CRITERIA) WITHOUT PREJUDICE. CASES ARE EVALUATED IN ORDER TO ASSIST THEM TO BECOME SELF-SUFFICIENT. THIS OFTEN INCLUDES USE OF GOVT PROGRAMS FOR HOUSING AND FOOD, BUDGETING, AND JOB SKILLS ENHANCEMENT.
