OUR MISSION IS TO RAISE AND TRAIN DOGS TO ASSIST PEOPLE LIVING WITH DISABILITIES AND TO PLACE FACILITY DOGS IN SETTINGS SUCH AS COUNSELING CENTERS, UNIVERSITIES, AND COURTHOUSES TO PROVIDE THERAPEUTIC SUPPORT. IN THE PAST YEAR, WE PLACED THREE AUTISM SERVICE DOGS, ONE MEDICAL ALERT SERVICE DOG, ONE PTSD SERVICE DOG, AND TWO FACILITY DOGS. THESE DOGS ARE MAKING A MEANINGFUL IMPACT BY HELPING INDIVIDUALS GAIN GREATER INDEPENDENCE, REACH DEVELOPMENTAL MILESTONES, AND IMPROVE BOTH EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL WELL-BEING. TO EXPAND OUR FUTURE CAPACITY, WE INCREASED THE NUMBER OF PUPPIES IN OUR PROGRAM, INCLUDING HOSTING A LITTER FROM ANOTHER ADI-ACCREDITED ORGANIZATION. WE ALSO BEGAN PLANNING AND FUNDRAISING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PERMANENT TRAINING FACILITY THAT WILL ALLOW US TO SERVE MORE INDIVIDUALS IN NEED.
