Mission

The Credit Unions membership consists of primarily 1) All students and persons engaged in educational services in the Cities of Newport News, Williamsburg, and the counties of Isle of Wight, York, James City, Gloucester, and Mathews. Additionally, 2) all students enrolled in a college or university in the cities of Newport News, Hampton, and Williamsburg and alumni of such colleges and universities and 3) employees and students of Hampton University, 4) Un-married spouses of deceased members, 5) family members related by blood, marriage, or by law, 6) retirees of the above noted school systems, 7) any retired educator currently residing in the localities specified
