The Foundation operated a community health and fitness center to facilitate preventative health care and promote healthy life styles within the community. During Fiscal Year 2023, the fitness center served an estimated 2,881 members, providing income adjusted fees to allow affordable memberships to the community. In addition, the fitness center offered an after school program which provided services to 73 community children in a structured, health and fitness oriented environment and provided services for 17 participants in West Virginia PEIA health lifestyles program.

The Foundation provided support in FY 2023 for patients at Princeton Community Hospital. Patients were assisted by $8,568 from the Hospitality House program, and $14,521 from the Cancer Care Fund and $192 from the Hearts of PCH. These funds provided patients who qualified with prescriptions upon their discharge, cab fair, gasoline, and lodging, if needed. In addition, patients were provided $73,720 in financial assistance for their hospital care through the Neighborhood Investment Program.
