Asbury Park Chapter: The chapter successfully challenged the dysfunctional system of discipling that was resulting in very high rates of suspension beginning with first graders. A new, more student friendly policy that has decrease "PUSH OUT" and increased student achievement has been implemented by the chapter. This chapter also recently won their safety campaign, requesting courtesy bussing for elementary school children that must cross at least two major intersections without adequate crossing guards.
