As required by the governing instrument all distributions from the trust must be made to St. Joseph Cathedral and Parish (Wheeling, WV), Central Catholic High School (Wheeling, WV), the Sisters of St. Joseph Retirement Fund (Wheeling, WV), and the Priests Health and Retirement Fund for the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston in fixed percentages.
