CRRA PROVIDES GRIEVANCE AND PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS SERVICES TO ENFORCE THE HIGH STANDARDS OF CONDUCT EXPECTED FROM REALTOR(R) MEMBERS. CRRA PROVIDES A PROCESS WHERE MEMBERS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC CAN FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST A REALTOR(R) FOR VIOLATION OF THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS(R) CODE OF ETHICS OR FOR AN ARBITRATION DISPUTE. COMPLAINTS ARE HEARD BY THE GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE, AND IF DETERMINED TO HAVE MERIT, GO FORWARD FOR A HEARING BY THE PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS COMMITTEE.
