Training & Development: Catapult offers a range of professional training and development for emerging supervisors and managers, credential preparation for HR professionals, and leadership for individuals expanding their careers. Public courses are offered in-person and online allowing employers to advance their workforce skills and leadership capabilities for the future. Catapult's signature "The Management Advantage" program was recently redesigned allowing additional flexibility for employers to develop their employees through shorter modules. Catapult helps ensure professional standards are maintained for the HR profession while developing critical skills for the future workforce.

Catapult produces employment related publications and surveys including salary, wage and hour, employee benefits, business trends and workforce trends and members receive compliance posters for their workplaces.
