Iredell Housing Fund: Launched in early 2024, the Iredell Housing fund provides coordinated efforts to increase the supply of affordable housing available in Iredell County through joint action, grants awarded to housing provides, and home owner occupied repairs for individuals at 80% of less AMI. In this year we provided 15 home repairs for qualified home owners, counseling and down payment assistance to 42 potential first time home buyers, and services to 8,669 individuals needing shelter or emergency support to maintain housing.
