BENCHMARKS PROVIDES AN ARRAY OF EDUCATION, COMMUNICATION, AND SUPPORT SERVICES TO MEMBER AGENCIES ACROSS NORTH CAROLINA, AND WORKS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH STATE AND LOCAL HUMAN SERVICES NETWORKS TO ACHIEVE THE BEST OUTCOMES FOR THE STATE'S MOST VULNERABLE CHILDREN, ADULTS, AND FAMILIES.
