Our service area for Care Navigation, Palliative Care, Hospice Care, and Grief Services includes: Buncombe, Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Haywood, Henderson, Jackson, Macon, Madison, McDowell, Polk, Rutherford, Swain, and Transylvania Counties. Our Home Care service area includes: Buncombe, Henderson and Transylvania Counties. In FY24, Four Seasons provided care to 3,483 hospice patients for a combined total of 213,615 days of care, which equates to serving approx 584 hospice patients each day.
