SECURED AN ARPA TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE GRANT THAT SUPPORTED LEADERSHIP TRAINING AND IDENTIFICATION OF CAPACITY BUILDING STRATEGIES FOR NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS THROUGHOUT THE TRIANGLE, NC AREA (WAKE, CHATHAM, DURHAM, AND ORANGE COUNTIES). IN 2024 ESC USED VOLUNTEER HOURS TO PROVIDE THESE SERVICES AND TRAINING TO SEVERAL CLIENT PROJECTS INCLUDING BOARD LEADERSHIP TRAINING, BOARD DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT, GUIDED ORGANIZATIONAL ASSESSMENTS, AND STRATEGIC PLANNING.
