THE LEADERSHIP CHARLOTTE PROGRAM IS FOR EMERGING AND EXISTING LEADERS. IT IS THE ORGANIZATION'S FLAGSHIP PROGRAM AND IS THE BACKSTAGE PASS TO THE CHARLOTTE COMMUNITY. IT IS A TWO-PART PROGRAM, STARTING WITH TEN ONCE-A-MONTH PROGRAM DAYS IN WHICH APPROXIMATELY 60 PARTICIPANTS EXPLORE CURRENT ISSUES WITH A VARIETY OF COMMUNITY LEADERS. THE PROGRAM IS COMPLETE AFTER PARTICIPANTS SERVE ON A COMMITTEE THAT COORDINATES ONE OF THESE PROGRAM DAYS FOR THE INCOMING CLASS.
