The mission of the Tuscarora Nation of North Carolina, Inc. (TNNC) is to improve the lives of the enrolled members and extended community by using innovative means to solve urgent needs, building relationships with the public and the academic community, and rebuilding infrastructure while maintaining a priority on revitalizing and maintaining Tuscarora lifeways. Through the tribal non-profit, the Tuscarora Nation provides much needed social, cultural, and educational programming to combat the historic and modern inequities impacting the lives of the Tuscarora People. Social programs include our food bank distribution drive that provides boxes and bags of non-perishables to enrolled members and the extended community. Cultural programs include the Annual TNNC Powwow.
