A PROJECT RENTAL ASSISTANCE CONTRACT (PRAC) PROVIDES RENT ASSISTANCE FOR LOW INCOME FAMILIES (OR PERSONS) AS PROVIDED BY THE SECTION 9 PROGRAM OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT.
