The program is designed to stimulate, initiate and improve the opportunities for girls' basketball competition and promote and develop leadership, integrity, sportsmanship, skill development and improve overall physical fitness.
Each team practices 2 days per week for approximately 1/5 hours, focusing on skills and drills while preparing for upcoming tournament play.
Each team plays an average of 1-3 tournaments per month during March - June of each year and the older girls play for a couple of weeks each July in front of college coaches.
