National Black MBA Association NBMBAA Charlotte chapter is a leader in the community supporting minority small businesses. The award-winning Chapter delivered the second phase of our small business MBA bootcamp seemingly called The Next Level leveraging our MBA membership base as mentors and our strategic partners for content delivery - The Boost Pad Story Now and The Charlotte Black STEM Alliance. Based on learnings from the original bootcamp and comprehensive research The Next Level program extracted specific focus areas from the MBA curriculum that significantly impact underserved small business owners - Digital Marketing Branding Financial Acumen Technology Application and Access to Capital. The program served more than 50 Charlotte area business owners with less than $500k in annual revenues providing training and targeted services for a 12-month period.
