Due to aging and wearing out, 4 stoves were replaced or refurbished, and 6 refrigerators, 7 hot water heaters & 6 HVAC units were replaced. Nine wheelchair ramps were built for our handicapped tenants. LVP Flooring is being installed in apartments as they become vacant.
