IN FURTHERANCE OF SUCH PURPOSES, THE ORGANIZATION MAY (A) RAISE AND GRANT FUNDS TO SUPPORT ACQUISITIONS, EXHIBITIONS, CONSERVATION, AND ARTS EDUCATION PROJECTS OF OR RELATED TO FONDATION BEYELER, A MUSEUM ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AND RECOGNIZED AS A CHARITABLE ENTITY UNDER THE LAWS OF SWITZERLAND, IN SUCH MANNER AS, IN THE JUDGMENT OF THE DIRECTORS OF THE ORGANIZATION SHALL BEST FURTHER THE ORGANIZATION'S PURPOSES; AND (B) CULTIVATE AND ADVANCE GREATER APPRECIATION FOR AND INTEREST IN FONDATION BEYELER IN THE UNITED STATES THROUGH A VARIETY OF MEANS, INCLUDING (I) ORGANIZING AND CONDUCTING IN THE UNITED STATES ARTS EDUCATION PROGRAMS, SUCH AS SYMPOSIA AND LECTURES, CENTERED AROUND FONDATION BEYELER AND OTHER MUSEUMS IN THE UNITED STATES AND (II) PROMOTING AND SUPPORTING JOINT PROJECTS BY FONDATION BEYELER AND AMERICAN ARTS INSTITUTIONS.
