LIBRARY COMPONENT: SOMA CONTINUED TO REORGANIZE THE LIBRARY. ARCHIVES COMPONENT: IN 2023, SOMA PUBLISHED A NEW BOOK, ERNEST HOLMES AT ASILOMAR. LUNCH N LEARN: SOMA LAUNCHED A NEW MONTHLY VIRTUAL LUNCH N LEARN FEATURING NEWLY DIGITIZED AUDIO RECORDING OF DR. ERNEST HOLMES. IN 2023 THERE WERE 12 SESSIONS WITH 373 TOTAL ATTENDEES FOR THE YEAR. THE RECORDINGS WERE PLACED ON OUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL AND HAD 709 TOTAL VIEWS. PRESENTATIONS: SOMA HAD A TOTAL OF 22 PRESENTATIONS (BOTH IN PERSON AND ONLINE). IN 2023 REACHING 798 PEOPLE, INCLUDING 2 PRESENTATIONS AT ASILOMAR IN CALIFORNIA, THE CONVENTION OF THE AMERICAS IN MEXICO, AND THE PARLIAMENT OF THE WORLDS RELIGIONS IN CHICAGO. WEBSITE COMPONENT: IN 2023, SOMA CONTINUED TO ORGANIZE AND ADD TO THE INVENTORY OF DOCUMENTS, MANUSCRIPTS, CLASSES, AUDIO RECORDINGS, AND TRANSCRIPTS OF OUR MOVEMENTS HISTORY. SOMA CONTINUED TO UPLOAD NEW ITEMS ON A REGULAR WEEKLY BASIS TO OUR WEBSITE, EXPANDING THE AVAILABILITY OF RESOURCES FROM OUR HISTORY TO THE WORLD. WEBSITE SUBSCRIPTIONS CONTINUE TO GROW. AT THE END OF 2023 WE HAD 343 SUBSCRIPTIONS (A NET GAIN OF 65 FROM 2022). THERE WERE 1,494 ORDERS PLACED FOR 1,706 ITEMS, (AN INCREASE FROM 2022: 1,365 ORDERS FOR 1,601 ITEMS). YOUTUBE: IN 2023, SOMA FOCUSED ON ADDING EDUCATIONAL AND ARCHIVAL CONTENT ON OUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL. BY DOING SO, SOMA INCREASED THE TOTAL SUBSCRIBERS FROM 93 TO 398. SOMA INCREASED THE NUMBER OF VIDEOS AVAILABLE FROM 43 TO 91. RELOCATION/FUNDRAISING:SOMA WAS OFFICIALLY NOTIFIED BY OUR LANDLORD THAT WE NEEDED TO FIND A NEW LOCATION BECAUSE THE BUILDING WAS BEING SOLD. SOMA KICKED OFF A RELOCATION CAMPAIGN WITH THE GOAL OF RAISING $150,000 TOWARDS THE MOVE OF THE ORGANIZATION IN 2024. IN 2023 $63,000 WAS RAISED AND SOMA WAS APPROVED FOR A $25,000 HEFFERLIN MATCHING GRANT.
