The Organization also provides assistance in the form of reduced fees to qualifying residents who have exhausted their financial resources. The charges foregone related to this assistance, or financial subsidy, net of recoveries, amounted to $1,272,026 and $1,037,891 during 2023 and 2022, respectively.
