THE FOUNDATION ALSO FILLS AN ADVOCACY ROLE BY COMMUNICATING THE NEEDS OF THE COLLEGE AND ITS STUDENTS TO SUPPORTERS IN THE COMMUNITY AND TO PUBLIC OFFICIALS AT THE LOCAL, STATE, AND NATIONAL LEVELS.
