A HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENT CONTRACT (HAP) WITH HUD UNDER SECTION 8 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT PROVIDES RENT ASSISTANCE FOR ELDERLY, AGE 62+ PERSONS.
