The Historic White Home may be rented to the public for events and activities that align with and support Historic Rock Hill's mission. Revenue generated from such rentals shall directly contribute to furthering Historic Rock Hill's mission to preserve and promote the collective history of Rock Hill, South Carolina. Additionally, revenue generated from rentals contributes to preserving and maintaining the Historic White Home. All rental activities shall comply with IRS regulations to ensure that income qualifies as exempt from unrelated business income tax (UBIT), including adherence to exemptions for passive rental income and limitations on non-rental services.
