THIS PROGRAM WILL PROVIDE OPPORTUNITES FOR INDIVIDUALS TO OBTAIN A COMMERCIAL DRIVERS LICENSE CERTIFICATION AS HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR AND NATIONAL CENTER FOR CONSTRUCTION EDUCATION AND RESEARCH CERTIFICATION.
